Built in 1880 Storehouse No. 7 is comprised of 48,000 square feet and four floors. Platz Associates renovated and restored the the building within the historical context of the original mill complex. Wood beams, columns and ceilings were exposed and restored while brickwork was cleaned and left exposed on all interior surfaces. Interiors were designed in accordance with the program of the new tenant, Peoples Heritage Bank. Platz Associates acted as both the Architect and Construction Manager for this project.
