The historic Bates Mill Complex, located in the heart of downtown Lewiston, consists of eight major buildings containing approximately 1.2 million square feet of floor space on a twelve-acre parcel.
Included in the long list of office projects is Two Great Falls Plaza where Platz Associates is located. Throughout Maine and beyond Platz Associates has worked to support great businesses through design, development and construction management.
We have extensive experience in planning, design, and construction management of large multi-family residential projects. We have completed both new construction and adaptive reuse projects designed to MaineHousing standards.
Completed projects include bars, restaurants, cafes, retail, and banks.
Over the last 20 years we have designed the City of Lewiston’s five parking facilities built in support of downtown economic development, and one in downtown Portland. We design high-quality, economical parking solutions to meet tight municipal budgets and accelerated delivery time-frames.
