Platz Associates has designed seven parking structures, primarily in the Lewiston area. Our experience in parking structure design and construction has allowed us to design and construct parking structures for the city of Lewiston during the 2007 recession, and continue to work with the City of Lewiston to this day. We have designed parking structures which successfully navigated planning boards, historical reviews, neighborhood meetings, and meet sustainable design strategies like rainwater treatment. We pride ourselves on our parking structures fusing into local neighborhoods and seamlessly connecting to local services like transport.
