Property Manager

Doreen joined the team at Platz Associates in 2021. She is responsible for maintaining and improving commercial real estate assets as well as overseeing client development, community engagement, leasing, and all aspects of facilities management. Doreen is responsible for over a million square feet of property and real estate holdings in Lewiston and Auburn, Maine.

 

Prior to joining Platz Associates, Doreen enjoyed a distinguished 25-year career in the hospitality management industry in various leadership positions including her role as a Multi-Property General Manager for the TownePlace Suites and the Courtyard by Marriott in Bangor. As a result of her success, she was invited to join the franchise advisory panel for TownePlace Suites where she participated in the launch of pilot programs and provided feedback to help shape the brand’s strategic goals and initiatives. Doreen has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Leader of the Year award for Maine Course Hospitality Group in 2020. 

 

Doreen is passionate about nature and enjoys hiking, camping and exploring Maine’s beautiful mountains & coastline. She resides in Lewiston with her partner Gordon, canine companion Daisy and mischievous feline Heff.
