The creative reuse of this historic Catholic Church building produced a state of the art 400+ seats performance venue, a multi-use function hall in the basement, commercial kitchen, offices, and support space.  This project took place in multiple phases, when the non-profit owner of the building was successful with capital campaign milestones including private funding and grants.

As part of the first phase of building stabilization, we provided construction administration services for evaluating the extent, process, and approach for the extensive masonry reconstruction that was necessary, which included removing almost every stone and rebuilding the façade piece by piece.
