LOUIS ROSNER
Architectural Designer
Louis joined Platz Associates in early 2025 as an Architectural Designer. After graduating from the French National School of Architecture of Paris-Belleville, Louis worked in multiple architectural firms in Paris where he developed strong design skills and a passion for multifamily housing projects. Having designed projects in dense urban areas where construction costs are high, Louis understands how to navigate strict design constraints. Furthermore, his attention to the smallest detail leads to well-crafted buildings.
In 2015, Louis participated in exchange program at the University of Texas at Austin, School of Architecture, which inspired him to pursue a life and career in the United States. As a dual French American citizen, Louis is excited to explore his American roots here in Maine. Shortly before coming to the US, he won a design build competition for a 50-unit affordable housing project in the suburbs of Paris, that he successfully presented in front of the city of Saint-Denis.
With his unique background, Louis brings a distinct perspective to Platz Associates. Outside of work, Louis loves exploring Maine, from coastal cities and heavily wooded trails to old historic mills.
