This full-service branch bank designed for Norway Savings Bank integrated one of the first implementations of the “dialogue style” of banking in Maine.  Soon becoming and industry-wide trend, this style of branch design removes the traditional rigid teller line structure and replaces these customer interaction areas with standing service stations having smaller dimensions and a spacious open lobby floor plan.  A much more comfortable and conversational approach to banking that also offers a number of banking interface options within the lobby, from cozy lounge areas with internet banking access to standing kiosk stations for the more basic transactions.
