Platz Associates was chosen to design and help reimagine the renovation of Safe Voices' headquarters. The project involved the removal of hazardous materials and created new and unique spaces to suit their clients' needs including areas for decompressing, socializing, learning, and community building. The new lounges, training facilities, administrative offices, kitchen, and a "free boutique" offer an opportunity for an expanded range of services. These were created out of rooms previously unused, such as file rooms, an unfinished basement, and breakrooms. The new office provides a safe space to our community and assists Safe Voices in their continued mission to care for the survivors of domestic violence and sexual exploitation.
