Platz Associates designed Trinity Jubilee Center’s new facility to serve the local low-income and homeless population with services including a food pantry, clinic, and a day shelter. The complex, overlapping program fits in a tight footprint with spaces being used in multiple ways depending on the time of day or day of the week.

The original design included faux-stone panels to meet design district standards at the lowest possible cost, but it was discovered during the design phase that by utilizing brick, a natural and resilient material, that a higher quality building could be made within the project budget.
