Zachary joined Platz Associates in 2019 as a graduate of CMCC’s Architecture and Civil Engineering program along with Automotive Technology. His education in two distinct industries gives him a unique perspective to approach architecture. His course work at CMCC have given him the ability to be mechanically inclined, while having a creative open mind in a very competitive industry.

Looking back at his education Zachary is grateful for the opportunities he has taken throughout the years. He was very involved and dedicated to the CMCC Men’s soccer team; He brought that strong teamwork ability with him into his working career with the same dedication. His experience at CMCC provided a foundation to a successful career, with classes in industrial design, residential and commercial design, building systems, construction management, and project management,

Zachary is most interested in the adaptive reuse and historic preservation work. He also enjoys new construction and site analysis. His goal is to become integrated into the cohesive architecture process to get the full experience rather than focusing on one specific component.
