Platz Associates was selected by the Sisters of Charity of Saint-Hyacinthe to design the expansion to their campus, at 99 Campus Ave. The building is a 4-story, 32,000 SF masonry and steel frame construction. The floors are composed of; first floor conference center and three additional stories of specialized medical offices. The medical spaces included Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, and other specialized medical laboratories. Open for operation in 1996, the building  has allowed St Mary's Regional Medical Center to continue their work to "provide healing for the whole person in service to the community."
