Platz Associates has received awards from both AIA Maine and Maine Preservation over the last 10 years, with our most recent being Sophia's House in 2020. With two award-winning projects stemming from our on-going revitalization of the Bates Mill Complex being The Lofts at Bates Mill and Pub at Baxter Brewing Co.
