Platz Associates has restored almost 2,000,000 SF of Maine Historical buildings. With the majority of the square footage being under Federal Rehabilitation Credits. We have extensive knowledge of the Federal Rehabilitation Credit system. We have garnered clients through organizations and programs like Maine Preservation, Maine Historic Preservation Commission, National Park Service, Federal Rehabilitation Credits and private building owners.
